The Quad Cities housing market has seen strong growth in the past few years, and in February 2023, it remains a vibrant and attractive market. The area has seen steady increases in home prices, as well as increased demand for homes.
One of the reasons why our housing market is so strong is because of the diverse economy of the region. It offers a wide range of job opportunities, making it an attractive place to live and work.
